6/12/09: An issue with iTunes has come to my attention, it seems contrary to good programming practice (and common sense), Apple's iTunes program alters the registry entry for the dvd drive hardware in windows systems it is installed on.
This can cause a code 19 error in windows when it tries to run the dvd drive, the end result means the drive disappears from windows. If this happens see this page or contact us to fix it for you.
