We can supply accurate shadow impact estimates for council approval of extensions and new constructions. Architectural Pre-visualisation normally costs a minimum of several thousands of dollars, but we aim to keep the quality high and the costs low!
We use REAL materials for our textured models, sourced locally. This means your client knows what a particular type of brick will look like when used in the finished structure!

Exterior:

  • $200 for 6 untextured still images
  • $500 for 6 untextured stull images
  • $300 For a shadow impact estimate
  • $160 extra for a fly-by

Interior:

  • $300 Still image initial price
    +$50 per room
  • $500 Basic animated walkthrough -No furniture (6 room house)
  • $800 Detailed animated walkthrough -Fully furnished (6 room house)
    +$100 every extra room

Additional Costs:

  • $200 conversion to 3d for commercial building designs (if design is in 2d)
  • $100 shadow impact estimation with any other package
  • $60 for extra images on any still image package.
